Spencer Stovall
Spence is third generation owner of Higgins and Spencer. He joined the family business in 2006 after graduating from the Mary Washington University. Spence has worked in all departments and has managed all aspects of the business. In the company's 75th year, Spence was named President and majority shareholder of Higgins and Spencer; following in the footsteps of his Father, former President, Phillip Stovall.
